Title: Optimization and Application of Transportation Management of Urban Rail Transit

Abstract:
The urban rail transit under the network operation, an integrated huge system of high systematization and complexity, bears great difficulties in coupling passenger flow and vehicle flow, promotion of system operation efficiency and improvement of the level of management and decision-making, etc. From the perspective of system management and optimization, this report consists of four aspects of the urban rail transit system, that is, requirement identification and prediction, operation optimization of the coupling of passengers and vehicle, operation control of the promotion of energy efficiency and application-oriented system development and simulated decision-making, probing into the management and optimization of the urban rail transit system.
Speaker Introduction:
Wu Jianjun, Ph.D., professor and doctoral tutor of Beijing Jiaotong University, winner of the National Science Found for Distinguished Yong Scholars (2015), winner of the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of China (2010), and candidate of Supporting Plan for Excellent Talents of Ministry of Education in the New Century (2012). Now he holds the post of executive vice secretary-general / executive committee member of Society of Management Science and Engineering of China, executive committee member of Systems Engineering Society of China, vice director of Transportation Research Congress, member of the standing committee of the International Symposium on Emergency Management, associate editor of China Journal of Highway and Transport, editorial board member of Frontiers of Engineering Management, etc. He mainly engages in the research and development of traffic system management and optimization, big data analysis of traffic, etc.
