Title: Discussion on Riemann Hypothesis
Keynote Speaker: Ye Yangbo
Abstract: In this report, Professor Ye Yangbo will introduce the background, history, deduction, difficulty, progress and promising proof of Riemann Hypothesis to teachers and students not majored in number theory.
Speaker Introduction: Professor Ye Yangbo attended Tsinghua University in 1977 (Bachelor's Degree), and then obtained the doctoral degree at Columbia University. After graduation, he became a member of Institute for Advanced Study, and an assistant professor at Johns Hopkins University and Cornell University. Now he is a professor in Department of Mathematics of University of Lowa. At the same time, he is also appointed as a chair professor of "Changjiang Scholars Program" at Shandong University, and a distinguished professor in Qilu Medical University and other medical research institutes. He is mainly engaged in number theory and medical imaging.
